Intelligent Foundation is a Charitable Foundation registered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and is endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR-2 status).
Intelligent Foundation is a donor-advised Public Ancillary Fund that receives and passes through donations to a range of registered Australian charities with DGR-1 status, preferred by Goodstack's institutional and retail clients.

Peter Bellomo
Peter has over 40 years of experience in financial services covering Capital Markets - banking and finance, asset & liability management, Securities - debt and equity, Derivatives, Investment, Alternative Assets, Risk, Corporate Advice and Strategy, Due Diligence, Compliance and Governance.
Peter has a BEc, La Trobe and Company Directors Diploma, UNE.

Paul Umbrazunas
Paul has over 30 years investment banking experience across capital markets, risk management, portfolio management as well as having held senior management positions in Australia and London with firms including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, BZW and Goldman Sachs.
Paul also has experience in financial infrastructure having held a senior role with Deutsche Boerse in London.
More recently Paul has been involved in the Fintech and NFP/for profit-for purpose sectors in a number of advisory and NED roles.
He is currently a Board Member of Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD) and the Executive Chairman of Percent in Australia.
Paul has a B.Sc (Maths), an LL.B, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jeanmaree Furtado
Jeanmaree is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of finance experience. She commenced her career in the audit division of a global firm of Chartered Accountants before moving to the Treasury of an Australian bank as a credit analyst. From there she joined the wholesale funding team and was responsible for the issuance and management of the bank’s wholesale debt programmes before moving to the syndicate desk of the Equity Capital Markets division.
In 2014 she moved to the Not-for-Profit sector, as a Finance professional working for an Australian major performing arts company and more recently for private and public charitable foundations. She is a Non-Executive Director of Results (International) Australia Inc. and is a regular volunteer for various charities and community groups.
Jeanmaree holds a B. Financial Administration (Commerce), a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jaki Virtue
Jaki is the Chief Operating Officer of Soul Patts since August 2023. She brings over 20 years’ of financial services experience both locally and internationally. She joined Soul Patts from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she served as Executive General Manager, Strategy and Performance within the Technology division, and prior to that was EGM of the industry's largest ever customer remediation program. Jaki also brings strong investment banking experience from her time with UBS and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong and London. Jaki holds a Masters of Communications Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, and a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.

Jonathan Blake
Jonathan is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Upper Lachlan Shire Council. Jonathan is a chartered accountant and business advisor with 30 years of experience in this sector, having worked closely with business clients in developing and monitoring budgets, financial statement reporting preparation, fringe benefits tax management and reporting, and income tax.
After starting his career at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (the forerunner of KPMG), Jonathan joined Crispin & Jeffery Chartered Accountants in 1990 and became a Partner from 1996 to 2023. In 2023, Jonathan decided to retire from professional practice and took on a new challenge as CFO working in local government in rural NSW.
Jonathan has a Bachelor in Economics from Sydney University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New New Zealand, the Tax Institute in Australia and Local Government Professionals.
